Wow …looks impressive …well yes ..but start drilling down into the detail and you find out ( I am informed ) that all the home owners are disappointed in the level of finish …in what should be a prestigious development

We inspected two at this development today …one relatively good …the other dire

Why ? Different contractors and lack of supervision
