Sample Snagging Reports
New Build Inspections want you to fully understand the service that we provide, and to make this easier we have provided you with sample reports from previous inspections. This will hopefully give you a better understanding of the level of detail that goes into each report and to show that no two reports are ever the same.
New Build Inspections offer two types of report to suit client requirements. Please see the links below for a selection of sample reports;
Sample A: Photo-based Report
Using photographs makes it clear for the home buyer what and where the issues are, as well as for the builder. Commentary is generally less, and as a result the report can be generated on site.
Sample B: Pre-Completion PCI Report
From 2022 we have been offering pre-completion snagging inspections in-line with the New Homes Quality Code (NHQC) from the New Homes Quality Board (NHQB).
