Easy to book, excellent responses, first class knowledge throughout the process. Survey was done within days, I handed the document to the developer (Jones Homes at the Grange, Last Drop, Bolton) and they didn’t argue with the findings. I have done a lot of refurbishment work myself on other properties and hadn’t spotted some of the snags. Martyn’s knowledge was impressive. I’ve had a new garage roof, looked fine to me but Martyn saw things differently, Garage door had small bits missing and water drainage issues in my garden. Any issues and Martyn is on the end of a mobile call to speak to the developer. Excellent value.

He inspected on the Friday and the report was received on the Monday afterwards. The report was easy to follow with all snags explained with photographs where practicable.
