Snagging inspectors  (nationwide)

Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced building and snagging inspector’s at various locations throughout the UK

Must be educated to at least degree level

Must have a minimum 10 years residential new build experience

Must have a thorough understanding of NHBC and other warranty company technical standards

Must have up to date understanding of building regulations

Should be a car owner and able to travel within 100 miles of their location

Must be able to produce a typed professional report and be able to liaise and advise home buyer
