Today’s photo shows a Bovis home in Plymouth with plasterboard walls that flex when you touch them and make a creaking noise

This is caused by a failure of the plasterer to fix the boards fully at regular intervals …..and no one   has noticed until now

If you push the walls in and out the mirror on the opposite side of the wall moves ….all the ground floor internal walls were the same

It’s not a common problem …but always worth checking.
