His career began on the tools as a bricklayer, before progressing to bricklayer manager and then site manager, giving him a thorough understanding of how new build homes are constructed from the ground up, and crucially, where things can go wrong.

David is tech RPSA accredited and holds an NVQ Level 6 in Bricklaying, reflecting both his depth of knowledge and his commitment to maintaining the highest professional standards. Having spent decades on site overseeing builds, he has a keen eye for the details that less experienced inspectors might overlook, from cosmetic imperfections through to issues that could signal more significant underlying problems.
