Cameron brings over 14 years of comprehensive experience in building surveying to New Build Inspections, combining his expertise as a former Building Control surveyor with specialist knowledge in snagging inspections. As a qualified building surveyor and member of both CABE (Chartered Association of Building Engineers) and RPSA (Residential Property Surveyors Association), Cameron offers invaluable technical insight to our clients.

His impressive credentials include an NVQ Level 5 in Construction Management, a Higher National Diploma, and a Diploma in Applied Building Thermography. As a Domestic Energy Assessor with extensive knowledge of building regulations and warranty provider tolerances, Cameron has inspected hundreds of properties during his four years specialising in snagging inspections.

Cameron’s background in Building Control, combined with his thorough understanding of construction standards and thermal imaging expertise, ensures our clients receive exceptionally detailed and professional inspections that identify even the most subtle defects in their new homes.
