Snagging company opens office on University of Bolton site
Informed and discerning new-build home buyers who opt to have a snagging inspection carried out are to benefit from the new relationship between New Build Inspections Ltd (www.newbuildinspections.com) and the University of Bolton.
The university office will provide improved support for customers and home inspectors in the North, as well as opportunities for New Build Inspections and the University of Bolton to undertake mutually beneficial projects.
Catriona Bright, Managing Director of New Build Inspections, said: 'We are very excited about the opportunities that this presents and we already have lots of ideas for collaborative projects.'
She added: 'It also means that our customers in the North can come and meet us to discuss their defect report, and provides excellent professional development opportunities for our inspectors.'The new office is located in 'the i-zone', which is on the University of Bolton?s Eagle Campus and is considered to be Bolton's premier business centre. The centre has helped numerous companies prosper since it was opened by Lord Sainsbury in April 2003 and New Build Inspections Ltd will be no exception. Ted Martin, Enterprise Support Manager, University of Bolton, said: 'New Build Inspections is a fine example of the innovative thinking that forms the basis of an entrepreneurial opportunity.'
