New Build Inspections celebrates helping one thousand new home buyers in its first year |

New build buyers now factor snagging inspections into buying process.
New Build Inspections Ltd (www.newbuildinspections.com) has assisted over 1000 new home buyers in its first year of business, which amounts to nearly 1% of new build buyers in the UK.
New Build Inspections managing director Catriona Bright, whose company carries out professional snagging inspections throughout the UK, said: 'We have had some fantastic feedback from people who have benefited from our snagging inspections. For a service which did not exist several years ago, this represents a remarkable success in awareness raising among unsuspecting new build buyers.'
Bright puts her success partly down to word of mouth recommendations among neighbours in the same development. She said: 'Our customers are more successful in getting their defects rectified quicker and more satisfactorily than those who submit their own snagging lists.' She added: 'We have maintained our independence from affiliation with any developer, which makes us the UK's leading independent snagging company.'
Bright, whose experience of buying a new build home encouraged her to set up the company, has become a respected consumer champion by providing comprehensive advice and guidance on all aspects on the new build purchase process, as well as working tirelessly to 'get the builders back' to frustrated homeowners. It is because of this growing reputation that Bright has been featured on ITV's Tonight with Trevor McDonald and the BBC's Week In Week Out. She will also appear on the new Channel Four series Demolition to be screened in the Autumn.
