Miller Homes received average results in the 2003 Customer Satisfaction Survey published by Constructing Excellence. The survey carried out by Mori covered customer service as well as quality. The 2006 version of the survey produced by the Home Builders Federation (HBF) and the NHBC presented the published results in a different way making it difficult to compare. Couple demand action at new £400,000 showhome
A RETIRED Ilkley couple is demanding action to tackle an alleged catalogue of building problems in their luxury new £400,000 showhome.
Les and Marina Nicholl moved into the `Bolton' design Miller Homes house on Ivy Court, Wells Road, in June, and say they discovered more than 30 defects, ranging from a collapsing breakfast bar to water seeping into the main fuse box.
