We have helped a large number of journalists and broadcasters to bring new build quality issues to the fore and recently our Managing Director, Catriona Bright, appeared as a consumer champion on ITV's Tonight with Trevor McDonald, the BBC's Week in Week out and Channel 4's Demolition giving her opinion about the new homes industry.

We have built up a contacts database of over 200 property journalists ensuring that we can, with your consent, publicise your story to help get your home finished to standard. We would normally only do this if it is an extreme case or the remedial work is not progressing as fast as we would like.
