In
the Customer Satisfaction Survey (2003) conducted by Mori on
behalf of Constructing Excellence David Wilson Homes consistently
scored average in all categories, which covered
quality as well as customer service. The 2006 Customer
Satisfaction Survey carried out by the House Builders Federation (HBF)
saw an improvement for David Wilson Homes getting above average results
for quality. The report showed an increase in defects across the
industry with 93% of home owners now reporting snags. Unfortunately,
the HBF chose not to break this data down by developer. New
