New Build Inspections was set up by Tony and Catriona Bright after their experience purchasing a new build house. They found their property to be riddled with defects and struggled to find professional snagging advice. Furthermore, they felt that developers took advantage of buyers' ignorance of quality standards, and took little or no responsibility for spotting any defects themselves. They launched the service in order to provide the homeowner with the expertise of an industry professional and to take the stress out of what is already a highly traumatic process.

New Build Inspections has recruited a team of over forty highly skilled and experienced professional inspectors who are passionate about their work and have exceedingly high standards when it comes to snagging new build homes.  They come from a variety of different backgrounds including site management, surveying, and architecture; have a vast array of qualifications; are members of a large number of professional bodies; and have worked for some of the biggest names in construction.
